It's been a year since our Ava Grace arrived in our arms for that one special day. It's so hard to believe that a year has come and gone and how much has happened.
All the people we have met that have been through the same thing we went through, supporting one another to get through each and every day. We are thinking about you JoEllen & Janine.
All our friends & family who had babies this past year....they are truly blessed and cherish every moment.
And for the family and friends that have passed on and joined with Ava & Sabrina.....we will be together soon.
Not a day goes by that we do not think about Ava or Sabrina and the sacrifices we made to give our girls a fighting chance at life.
Thank You to all who have stood by us and supported us and letting us share our love for our daughters with you.
